Sound Familiar?
You’ve been the project manager, the researcher, the advocate, the scheduler — and you’re exhausted. Here’s what that actually looks like:
Five providers. Zero coordination.Your child sees a speech therapist, OT, and behaviorist — but none of them talk to each other. You’re the one translating between them, hoping it somehow adds up.
Endless research, no clear direction. You’ve joined the Facebook groups, watched the YouTube videos, and read the articles at midnight. You still don’t know what to do first.
IEP meetings that leave you feeling alone. You walk in wanting to advocate for your child and walk out unsure if anything will actually change.
You’re high-alert, all the time. There’s no off switch. You’re always managing, always preparing for the next thing, always holding it together — because if you don’t, no one will.
You don’t have a village.People around you don’t really get it. The isolation is its own kind of exhaustion.
You wonder if you’re missing something. What if there’s a service, a strategy, a resource you just don’t know exists? That fear keeps you up at night.
This is not a parenting problem. This is a coordination gap — and it’s finally, completely fixable.
Introducing Stressed to Supported
Stressed to Supported is not another course you watch alone. It’s a high-touch, concierge-style coaching experience — built around your family’s specific needs.
The Process
Eight weeks. One plan. A full team behind you — guided every step of the way.
We start with a deep conversation about your family — where you are, what you’ve already tried, and what you actually need. This isn’t a sales call. It’s the first step in building your plan.
You’re matched with a dedicated Support Specialist who becomes your guide for the entire 8 weeks. They handle scheduling, team communication, and make sure every specialist you work with is the right fit for your family.
Based on your family’s needs, you’re matched with up to 3 specialists from our network — which includes speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavior specialists, IEP advocates, mental health coaches, wellness professionals, and more. All neurodiverse-affirming. All collaborative.
Each week you meet with your specialists — separately and in coordination with each other. Your Support Specialist ensures everyone is aligned on one plan. You start seeing the difference in how coordinated support actually feels.
By week 8 you have more than memories of good sessions — you have a documented, actionable plan that continues beyond the program. You know exactly what to do next, and you don’t have to figure it out alone anymore.
What’s Included
No piecing things together. No gaps. Just coordinated, high-quality support built around you.
Your personal guide throughout the entire program. They handle scheduling, keep your team aligned, and ensure every session builds on the last. You never coordinate alone again.
Carefully matched to your family’s specific needs from our network of 15+ neurodiverse-affirming professionals. Each one knows your full picture — not just their piece of it.
Your team collaborates to build a unified strategy — not four separate recommendations. A real, documented plan that you keep and build on long after the program ends.
Your specialists actively communicate with each other throughout the 8 weeks. Strategies compound and reinforce each other — because that’s when families see the real breakthroughs.
Access to our supportive community of ND families throughout the program. Resources, connection, and the reminder that you’re not doing this alone.
If by week 4 you don’t feel you’re receiving high-quality services with a clear path forward, we fix it or refund you in full. No fine print. No hassle.

This program is designed for parents of neurodiverse children — including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and related diagnoses. If you’re managing multiple providers without coordination, feeling overwhelmed by the system, and ready to invest in a real, unified plan for your family, this was built for you.
You can expect to invest about 2–3 hours per week — including your 1:1 coaching sessions, time with your Support Specialist, and any homework or action items between sessions. It’s designed to be high-value without adding to your overwhelm.
Your Support Specialist works with you during your enrollment call to understand your family’s specific needs and goals. Specialists are then matched to you based on those needs — not just availability. And if anyone isn’t the right fit by week 2, your Support Specialist handles the swap.
Cohort availability is limited to ensure every family gets the high-touch experience this program is built around. Book your enrollment call and we’ll discuss current availability and your family’s start date.
That’s what the Supported Pledge is for. If by week 4 you don’t feel you’re receiving high-quality services with a clear path forward, we’ll fix it — new specialists, adjusted plan, whatever it takes. If we still can’t get it right, you’ll receive a full refund. We stand behind this program completely.
