Neurodiverse Collaborative Presents
A Neurodiversity Awareness + Connections Event — a community gathering for neurodivergent individuals, families, and everyone who loves them.
About the Event
Find Your Village is built around two things equally: information and real human connection. We are bringing together local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations that serve the neurodivergent community alongside structured activities designed to help you actually meet people who get it.
The feelings of isolation are real in our community. We want to help bridge those gaps to bring our village together in real, meaningful ways.
You are not alone in this. Find Your Village is where your people are waiting to meet you.
What to Expect
We did not leave connection to chance. The afternoon includes structured activities designed to make it easier to actually meet people, not just stand near them.
Structured rounds of short conversations designed to cut through the awkwardness and get to the real stuff fast. Separate age-group sessions so conversations actually land. RSVP required, spots are limited.
Teens · ND Adults · ParentsKick off the afternoon with dedicated connection time for parents. Real conversations with people who actually get it, no need to explain your family to anyone in the room.
Parents · Caregivers · GrandparentsOrganized, supervised activities for younger children including face painting, arts and crafts, and bean bag games. Activities run by trained volunteers during parent sessions.
Younger Kids · Volunteer-LedTables from local businesses and nonprofits who are neurodivergent-affirming and genuinely serve this community. Real providers, real resources, real conversations.
Providers · Nonprofits · Community OrgsEvent Schedule
The Local Business Village is open all afternoon from 12–4pm. Structured activities run at specific times, see below.
A dedicated half hour for parents to socialize and connect with other local parents. Low-key, no agenda, just good people in one place.
Parents · CaregiversShort, structured rounds of conversation in small groups, designed to make it easier to actually meet people without the pressure of open socializing. Simple prompts, real connection.
Ages 13–17Same format as the teen session, quick rounds of structured conversation built for neurodivergent adults who want to connect without the small-talk guesswork.
Ages 18+A structured version of the parent connection, short rounds with simple prompts so you leave with real names and real conversations, not just business cards.
Parents · CaregiversRSVP is required for all Speed-Friending sessions. Spots are limited to keep the sessions small and intentional. Register on Eventbrite to reserve your spot. If we have more interest than capacity, we will add additional sessions.
Ready to find your people? Registration helps us plan, drop-ins are always welcome.

This event was built for the neurodivergent community and the people who love them. You do not need a diagnosis to belong here.
Local Businesses & Nonprofits
We are building a curated group of neurodivergent-affirming businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to be part of this event. This is your chance to genuinely connect with the families and individuals who need exactly what you do.
We are seeking businesses and organizations that are neurodivergent-affirming or committed to providing meaningful accommodations: providers who genuinely serve this community, not just organizations looking for exposure.
This is not a traditional vendor fair. It is a community event. The expectation is real engagement with real families.

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Accessible location · Outdoor event · Sensory-aware design
This event is outdoors in the park — a natural, lower-stimulation environment. Quieter spaces will be available for anyone who needs a break from the activity.
Get Involved
We are building our volunteer team for the event. Volunteers run kids activities, support the parent networking sessions, assist with setup and logistics, and help the day run smoothly for every person who attends.
What volunteers do: Supervise and lead organized kids activities, support the speed-friending sessions, help with event setup and breakdown, and serve as welcoming faces for attendees who may find large gatherings overwhelming.
What we ask: A genuine belief in this community, a warm and patient presence, and reliable follow-through. No special credentials required.
Training provided: All volunteers receive a brief orientation on neurodiversity-affirming practices before the event so you feel confident and prepared.
No. Walk-ins are always welcome. Registering through Eventbrite helps us plan activity staffing, volunteer coverage, and logistics. It takes 30 seconds and genuinely helps us make the event better for everyone.
Yes. We have activities designed for younger kids, middle schoolers, high schoolers, and adults. Families can participate together or in their respective groups during the structured sessions. Bring everyone.
Yes, this event was designed with your family in mind. Kids activities are led by trained volunteers in a sensory-aware environment. If you have specific accommodation questions, reach out to us directly before the event and we will do our best to prepare.
Think of speed dating but for making friends. Short, structured rounds of conversation in small groups with simple prompts that make it easier to actually connect. Separate sessions for teens, neurodivergent adults, and parents/caregivers. It is intentionally a little silly and it works.
We are doing our best. It is an outdoor park event which naturally lowers stimulation. We are building in quieter zones for anyone who needs a break. The event will not be completely silent, but it will be thoughtful. We would rather have you there with accommodations than not have you there at all. If you have any specific needs, please reach out and we’d be happy to help.
We are a coordinated support ecosystem for neurodivergent individuals, families, and the professionals who serve them based in the Lehigh Valley. Find Your Village is our second community event. We are just getting started and we are building this with the community, not for them.
Table spots are $25 and limited. We are curating vendors to make sure every table genuinely serves the neurodivergent community in an affirming way. Use the contact form on our website to express interest and we will be in touch.
