Hello and welcome to my page!
My name is Christine Killcoyne and I am a psychotherapist and mindfulness practitioner. I am also a mother and grandmother to two beautiful humans that are neurodivergent. Thus, it has been my life’s passion to connect with and help those who are neurodivergent. I am soon to be retired as a school social worker and have devotedly served students with Autism from ages 5 to 22 for close to 30 years.
I support individuals who are experiencing anxiety, overstimulation, and stress. My approach is grounded in presence and compassion and guided in the belief that healing begins with self-awareness and connection.
With a foundation in mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, I offer a peaceful, nonjudgemental space where clients can relax and grow at their pace.
Clients describe sessions as relaxing, restorative and grounding. Individual sessions are attuned to the unique needs of each person. Group sessions are mindfulness-specific, focusing on areas such as grounding, somatic awareness, present-moment reflection and curiosity.
I meet each client where they are with genuineness and kindness as they navigate their journey of life.
