I’m Dale Fairclough, Founder and Chief Coach at Achieve Coaching and Consulting. For nearly three decades, I’ve built a career in engineering, project development, and leadership—guiding large-scale projects and cross-functional teams with precision and discipline. I’m a Certified Professional Coach, Professional Engineer (P.E.), and Project Management Professional (PMP®) with a passion for helping people move from being stuck to strategic action in their careers, ventures, and lives.

My perspective has also been shaped by my journey as the parent of a neurodivergent child, now a young adult. As parents, we’ve worked hard to ensure life is fulfilling for my son while maintaining balance for our family. That path required patience, resilience, and close collaboration with educators, specialists, and professionals—all while managing the demands of career and life. It gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges families and individuals face, and for the importance of clarity, structure, and anchored support.

Today, I bring that blend of professional expertise and personal experience into my coaching and consulting. I help professionals and entrepreneurs—including engineers, analytical thinkers, neurodivergent individuals, and their parents—gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with grounded plans.
