Began my journey as an SLP inspired by mom who spent years in speech therapy as a child into her teen years. My mom struggled with dyslexia when there wasn’t a ton of clear research on it. My mom’s childhood friend’s mom was her speech therapist that gave her tools to navigate through school and life. My mom is forever thankful and is close to her to this day. Getting an opportunity to make those same connections with people and make a difference in their life is why I do what I do. I’ve always worked with individuals with disabilities my whole life in various fields. From adults to early intervention, it’s my passion to give people voices and families tools to support them.
