I am an occupational therapist grounded in interpersonal and community-based values, dedicated to providing inclusive, compassionate, and holistic care to individuals and families from all walks of life. My approach focuses on helping people overcome internal and external barriers—whether personal, environmental, or systemic—to build empowered, meaningful lives aligned with their own goals. I believe deeply in five foundational principles of well-being: safety and security (internally/externally), mental and emotional health, nutrition and hydration, movement and exercise, restorative sleep. With experience across home health, telehealth, educational settings, early intervention, transition and vocational programs, DV and homelessness shelters, VA, aquatic center, NICU/PICU (observation) and other medical facilities. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine human connection to every interaction. I value interdisciplinary collaboration and partnership with other professionals including and not limited to behavioral specialists, SLPs, PTs, psychologists, nurses and other medical professionals, educators, community supports to deliver coordinated, person-centered care.
