Laura Goellner is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with over 20 years of experience supporting people on their journey toward greater well-being. She uses her training as an Occupational Therapist to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where neurodiverse individuals can explore yoga and meditation in ways that feel accessible, empowering, and supportive. Laura blends the wisdom of traditional practices with a deep understanding of the nervous system, sensory processing, and the mind-body connection to share tools for focus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Her teaching style is compassionate, creative, and adaptable, meeting each person exactly where they are and celebrating the unique ways they experience the world. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, Laura guides students in cultivating resilience, connection, and self-trust — both on and off the mat. She believes yoga and meditation are powerful tools to navigate the ups and downs of life, while building a more supportive relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
