I’m on a mission to bring greater awareness and understanding to ADHD. Too often, ADHD is dismissed as a behavioral quirk or invisible challenge when in fact it has measurable neurological and biological effects. I plan to incorporate my Master’s level knowledge of Biology and research to be a translator for these complex scientific concepts ranging from chemistry to brain function. I’ll translate and break down the information so it’s easily digestable for learners of all backgrounds. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that ADHD is not a flaw or weakness, but a condition that deserves recognition, compassion, and informed discussion. By interweaving evidence-based science with my personal lived experience, I help people see that their challenges are valid and their potential is limitless. You can expect courses that are warm, detailed, and highly engaging with supplemental visuals to reinforce difficult topics making it easier to grasp. I breakdown dense information into manageable pieces that feels approachable instead of overwhelming. Through science, storytelling, and encouragement my aim is to empower others with insight to build confidence and inspire hope in the ADHD community.
