Robin Patino is a qualified MBSR Teacher, yoga educator, and mindfulness facilitator dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive spaces where individuals of all neurotypes can cultivate presence, balance, and self-understanding. With over 16 years of experience, her approach blends evidence-based mindfulness, nondual awareness, and restorative movement to help clients regulate the nervous system, build emotional resilience, and connect more deeply with themselves.
Robin’s philosophy is rooted in Presuming Intelligence—honoring each person’s autonomy, capacity, and lived experience. She brings the mindful practice of Beginner’s Mind to every session, meeting clients with curiosity, empathy, and respect for diverse ways of thinking, sensing, and learning.
Her background spans both the corporate and contemplative worlds—from leading international research and communications projects to developing mindfulness-based programs, retreats, and courses. Through one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and online learning, Robin offers practical tools for everyday mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion.
