Refunds & Returns Policy

The Neurodiverse Collaborative Network (“we,” “our,” “us”) strives to provide high-quality services and programs to our members, clients, and partners. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may wish to request a refund or cancel a purchase. This policy explains our approach to refunds and returns for memberships, services, digital products, and point-of-sale transactions.
1. General Principles
- All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] and include proof of purchase.
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the service type, completion status, and the timing of your request.
- Non-refundable deposits and completed portions of services are not eligible for refund.
2. Memberships
- Individual/Family and Professional Memberships are billed monthly.
- You may cancel your membership at any time; however, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. One-on-One and Group Coaching Sessions
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session will be refunded or credited to your account.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable.
- If we must cancel a session, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
4. Online Courses and Digital Products
- For self-paced courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course.
- For instructor-led courses: Refund requests must be made at least 5 days before the start date.
- All digital materials (downloads, videos, PDFs) are non-returnable once accessed.
5. Institutional and Business Training Programs
- Training programs require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled program will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the deposit.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the program are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once within 6 months at no additional cost.
6. Point-of-Sale Purchases
- Physical products purchased in person (e.g., merchandise, printed materials) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and in unused, saleable condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Event tickets purchased at point-of-sale are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with prior notice.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
8. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for services already completed, custom work, or third-party fees (e.g., payment processing, licensing, or app store charges).
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe the policy is being abused.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
