About Julie
With a PhD in Speech-Language Pathology, extensive experience working with children with autism, and a background as an author and university instructor, I bring a unique combination of professional expertise and practical insight to coaching neurodivergent individuals and their families. I have taught Autism Spectrum Disorders at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, deepening my understanding of neurodivergent strengths, challenges, and needs.
As a functional medicine-informed health and wellness coach, I focus on supporting health, mental fitness, fatigue management, organization, and navigating everyday demands. Whether you're an autistic individual, a person with ADHD, or a parent or caregiver feeling overwhelmed, I provide personalized support to help you identify priorities, develop practical strategies, and build sustainable routines.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on the whole person. Together, we'll explore realistic lifestyle strategies that support well-being, build resilience, and make daily life more manageable.
My goal is to help you build on your strengths, feel more in control of your daily life, and create a healthier, more balanced future. You don't have to figure everything out alone; personalized support can help you find a path forward that works for you.
