Welcome to Neurodiverse Collaborative (“NDCN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Neurodiverse Collaborative website, community platform, services, applications, forums, groups, courses, events, or membership offerings (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Neurodiverse Collaborative is a community designed to connect, educate, support, and empower neurodivergent individuals, families, professionals, providers, educators, employers, advocates, and allies.
The Platform provides:
- Community discussions
- Social networking features
- Educational resources
- Events and programs
- Provider directories
- AI-powered tools
- Training and courses
- Membership opportunities
The Platform is intended for informational, educational, and community-building purposes only.
2. Eligibility
To create an account or become a member, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age; or
- Have a parent or legal guardian create and manage the account on your behalf if under 18 and participation is specifically permitted by NDCN.
By creating an account, you represent that:
- Information provided is accurate.
- You have legal authority to agree to these Terms.
- You will keep your account information current.
3. Membership Types
Neurodiverse Collaborative may offer multiple membership levels, including:
Free Membership
Free memberships may include:
- Community access
- Groups
- Forums
- Messaging
- AI chat features
- Provider directory access
- Public and member resources
Features may change at any time.
Premium Membership
Premium memberships may include:
- Additional educational content
- Courses
- Trainings
- Exclusive resources
- Premium events
- Expanded platform features
Premium membership benefits may change as offerings evolve.
Founding Partner Membership
Founding Partner memberships are available by invitation only and are governed by separate agreements where applicable.
4. Membership Fees
Some memberships may require payment.
By purchasing a paid membership, you agree:
- To provide valid payment information.
- To pay all applicable fees.
- That subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Any refund requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
5. Community Standards
Members agree to contribute positively to the community.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
- Engage in discrimination or hate speech.
- Post unlawful content.
- Share another person’s confidential information.
- Impersonate individuals or organizations.
- Spam, solicit, or engage in unauthorized advertising.
- Use the Platform to exploit or harm others.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including:

- Comments
- Messages
- Photos
- Videos
- Documents
- Forum contributions
By submitting content, you grant Neurodiverse Collaborative a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display
- Store
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Promote
such content as necessary to operate the Platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit all content you upload.
7. AI Features
The Platform may provide AI-powered tools and experiences.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors.
- AI responses are informational only.
- AI content should not be considered professional advice.
- Users remain responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.
Neurodiverse Collaborative makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
8. No Medical, Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
Content available through the Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
- Medical advice
- Mental health treatment
- Psychological diagnosis
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Employment advice
Always seek advice from qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances.
9. Provider Directory Disclaimer
The Platform may contain listings of providers, businesses, organizations, coaches, consultants, therapists, educators, or service providers.
Neurodiverse Collaborative:
- Does not guarantee provider qualifications.
- Does not endorse every listed provider.
- Is not responsible for services rendered by providers.
- Encourages users to independently evaluate providers before engaging services.
Any agreements between users and providers are solely between those parties.
10. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in that policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Branding
- Website design
- Graphics
- Training materials
- Courses
- Written content
- Software
is owned by Neurodiverse Collaborative or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute protected content without permission.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of members
- Misuse of services
- Threats to community safety
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access at our discretion.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
- Availability
- Reliability
- Accuracy
- Security
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurodiverse Collaborative and its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neurodiverse Collaborative from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your content
- Your conduct
- Violations of these Terms
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Pennsylvania.

Membership Agreement Acknowledgment
By creating an account, joining the community, purchasing a membership, participating in events, using AI features, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- You have read these Terms of Service.
- You understand these Terms.
- You agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You agree to comply with all community standards and membership requirements.
