Executive Function Coaching for College Students

With Molly Price

College asks you to manage your time, your workload, and your own accommodations — mostly without telling you how. These sessions are about the how.

Molly works one-on-one with students on the parts of a semester that actually decide how it goes. Sessions are virtual, and built around what’s really in your week: the assignment that never gets started, the schedule that looked fine in August, the email to a professor you’ve rewritten four times.

Key areas of support

Schedule building

A week that actually holds
Designing a weekly timetable that accounts for class times, study blocks, sleep, personal well-being, and the time it takes to get from one place to the next.

Time management & routine building

Time auditing
Finding where the time actually goes, versus where it was planned to go.
Weekly & daily planning
Setting up digital tools like Google Calendar or Outlook alongside physical planners, so assignments, exams, and personal commitments all live somewhere you’ll look.
Task prioritization
Using structured frameworks to separate urgent deadlines from long-term projects.

Task initiation & getting started

Breaking down complex projects
Turning a large syllabus assignment into a manageable, step-by-step checklist you can actually begin.
Initiation strategies
Techniques like body doubling and structured start times, for when the hardest part is the first ten minutes.

Organization & environment design

Digital & physical workspace organization
Setting up a folder for each course in Google Drive or OneDrive, so assignments have a home before they’re due.
Syllabus mining
Pulling every key date, grade weight, and course policy out of the syllabi at the start of the semester and into one central master schedule.

Self-advocacy & communication

Professor & TA interaction
Drafting emails to professors, preparing for office hours, and asking for clarification on assignments.
Campus resource integration
Connecting with campus disability services, writing centers, math labs, and counseling services.
