Join a supportive Anxiety Management Workshop led by a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions designed to help you better understand and manage anxiety in everyday life.
In this workshop, you will learn:
CBT tools to challenge anxious thoughts
Practical coping strategies for daily stress
Mindfulness techniques
Skills to create more balance, confidence, and enjoyment in daily life
Participants will receive:
Guided worksheets
Helpful handouts
Anxiety management tools and resources to use long after the workshop ends
