Join us for a unique virtual experience that combines mindfulness techniques and creativity in a supportive and neuro-affirming environment. No artistic experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore and create.
Program Schedule
Every 3rd week of the month from July through September
Mondays at 10:00 AM (Virtual)
Thursdays at 6:00 PM (Virtual)
You will:
Practice neuro-friendly breathing techniques
Learn how neurodiversity impacts self-regulation
Engage in creative art that is derived from evidence-based sources, including the Mindful Society Global Institute.
***Please have 2-4 sheets of paper and color pencils or crayons.
