What does ND Collab Smart Guide actually mean?
Instead of scrolling through an entire directory hoping something fits, you describe what your family is experiencing in plain language and get matched to real, verified providers and resources from our directory, not generic search results.
Can I switch between Free and Premium later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Premium whenever you’re ready, and you can cancel Premium at any time and keep your Free membership active. Nothing about your account or your community connections disappears.
