The Ambassador Program is for people who are already showing up for the neurodivergent community and want to help ND Collab grow with intention. This is a commitment, not a quick sign-up, and it comes with real support, training, and yes, real compensation as you build.
Why This Program Exists
ND Collab was not built by a corporation.
It is being built by people like you.
For years, neurodivergent individuals and families have been scattered, finding the right provider, the right community, the right answer, mostly through luck. ND Collab exists to end that. Ambassadors are the people who carry that mission into rooms we cannot reach on our own: support groups, school hallways, comment sections, kitchen tables. We are looking for people who already believe this, not people we need to convince.
This is a role built on presumed intelligence and genuine alignment, for people who would be doing this work anyway and deserve real support and recognition for doing it well.

Active engagement is the role. Compensation is what happens because of it, not the reason to apply. Some practical details about how the program works over time.
Your payout rates are locked in at enrollment and apply to your existing referral network for as long as those members stay active. If the program changes down the road, that only affects new Ambassadors who join after the change.
You may designate a beneficiary for your referral earnings, so the income you build does not simply disappear.

Enroll for $47 and start training
Your $47 enrollment includes the Ambassador Training course and 2 months of Premium Membership. The training is 3.5 hours, self-paced. Your certificate is issued automatically upon finishing all five modules.
Dashboard goes live
Your unique referral link and promo code are issued. Your affiliate dashboard activates. Your payout rates are locked from this point forward.
Build your pipeline
Use your 2 months of Premium access to get fully active in the community while you refer people you genuinely believe belong here. Recruit 5 active paying members and your membership is comped, and your role keeps growing from there.

Is there a cost to become an Ambassador?
Yes. The cost is $47 at enrollment. That covers the full Ambassador Training course plus 2 months of Premium Membership, so you have time to get active and build your referral pipeline before your own membership cost is a factor. We ask for this because the Ambassador role is a real commitment, and we want people who have some skin in the game from day one.
Do I need to be a paying member to apply?
No. You can submit your application without being a current paying member. Once accepted, your $47 enrollment includes 2 months of Premium Membership to get you started.
What happens to my membership after I recruit 5 people?
Once you have recruited 5 active paying members, your ND Collab membership is comped for as long as you remain an active Ambassador. You keep your Ambassador role and its benefits, and both grow as your network grows.
What does “active paying member” mean for the comp threshold?
An active paying member is someone who has joined ND Collab at a paid membership tier and remains current on their membership. Free members do not count toward the 5-member comp threshold. Premium Members and any future paid tiers do count.
Are my earnings locked in?
Yes. Your payout rates are set at enrollment and apply to your existing referral network for as long as those members remain active. If ND Collab changes payout rates in the future, that only applies to new Ambassadors who enroll after the change.
Can I lose my Ambassador status?
Ambassadors are expected to maintain minimum follow-through standards and remain genuine, active participants in the community, not just refer people and disappear. If those standards are not met, status can be reviewed. Earnings from an existing active referral network are never retroactively removed. Only future referral eligibility would be affected.
What is the beneficiary designation?
You may designate a person to receive your referral earnings in the event of your passing. The passive income you have built does not simply disappear. This provision is built into the program structure and applies to all active Ambassadors.
Can I be both an Ambassador and a Founding Partner?
Founding Partners already include the full five-tier affiliate structure as part of their program. If you are a community member who becomes an Ambassador first and later qualifies as a Founding Partner, those conversations happen individually to make sure the structure is right for your situation.
