Setup fee invoiced
Your one-time setup fee is invoiced. Hub buildout begins once that is on file and your designated point of contact is confirmed.

The affiliate program is a bonus, not the main event. But it is a real one. Here is how the math works.
How your group earns
Every hub member who chooses to upgrade to a paid ND Collab membership is tracked to your group’s promo code. You earn $5.00 per active paying member per month for as long as that membership stays active.
A group with 100 members who upgrade to paid memberships generates $500 per month in passive income. 200 members generates $1,000 per month. There is no cap, no expiration, and no additional work required once those memberships are active.
Your payout rate is locked at the time your hub goes live. Future program changes do not affect your existing earning structure.
The affiliate income is genuinely secondary to the value your hub provides your community. A group that brings their people into a wellness-centered community space is doing something good. The income is an acknowledgment of the role you played in growing ND Collab’s membership.

Does my group need to be ND-focused to get a hub?
Not at all. Any group with a community that would benefit from wellness resources, connection, and a supportive space is a good fit. Employers, professional associations, nonprofits, athletic clubs, faith communities: if your people would use it, it belongs here.
Does it cost anything for our members to join the hub?
No. Your members join your hub for free. They get access to your community group, discussions, and resources at no cost. The paid ND Collab membership is an optional upgrade that gives them access to the full platform. That is where your group’s affiliate income comes from when they choose it.
How much control do we have over what happens in our hub?
A lot. You run your hub. You decide what gets posted, what discussions happen, and how your community uses the space. ND Collab provides the infrastructure and the broader network exposure. Your group provides the community and the content.
What does the affiliate income actually look like?
Every hub member who upgrades to a paid ND Collab membership generates $5.00 per month for your group, tracked via your unique promo code. That rate is locked at the time your hub goes live. A group with 100 active paying members in the broader platform earns $500 per month, ongoing, with no additional effort required.
What if we want to close our hub down the road?
There is no long-term commitment. If your group decides the hub is no longer the right fit, you can close it. There is no penalty and no ongoing obligation. We would rather the relationship be right than hold anyone to something that is not working.
How long does setup take?
Typically a few business days from the time your setup fee is confirmed and your subdomain name and point of contact are locked in. We handle the buildout and walk you through everything before handing it over.
